This policy explains what TekkiPaki collects, why, and how we handle it. It applies to the public website (tekkipaki.com) and the TekkiPaki application.
1. Information we collect
Waitlist email — when you join the waitlist, we store your email address and, optionally, the name of a contract file you upload during the demo.
Account data — when the product launches, account details (email, name) and workspace settings.
Documents — contract files you upload are processed to produce the analysis and stored to display it to you. You can delete them.
Usage data — basic analytics (pages visited, features used) to improve the product.
2. How we use it
To send you waitlist updates and product news (you can unsubscribe at any time).
To provide and improve the analysis service.
To keep the service secure and prevent abuse (rate limiting, spam protection).
3. What we don't do
We don't sell your personal data.
We don't use your contract content to train AI models without your consent.
We don't share your documents with third parties, except processors required to operate the service (hosting, email delivery).
4. Data retention & your rights
You can request access, correction, or deletion of your data at any time by contacting us. Waitlist data is kept until you ask us to remove it.
